Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives payment details necessary to process your purchase or subscription. CogIQ does not store full credit card numbers.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help operate CogIQ, including hosting, analytics, payment processing, authentication, and customer support.

Not a clinical IQ test
CogIQ provides an estimated cognitive score based on a short online assessment. It is not a professionally administered IQ test, medical diagnosis, clinical assessment, educational placement tool, or employment screening tool.
Billing terms
CogIQ currently offers a $1 trial for access to your full report and CogIQ training access. After the trial period, the subscription renews at $29.99 per month unless cancelled before renewal. The price, trial period, and renewal terms are shown before checkout.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription from the Billing & Access section of your CogIQ dashboard or by contacting support@trycogiq.com. Cancelling prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund prior charges.
Account and access
You are responsible for keeping access to your email/account secure. If you lose access, contact support and we will make reasonable efforts to help.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse CogIQ, attempt to bypass payment, scrape the service, attack the platform, or use CogIQ for unlawful purposes.
Changes
We may update these terms as CogIQ evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
We want billing to be clear and easy to resolve. If something looks wrong, contact us first at support@trycogiq.com so we can help before you file a dispute.
$1 trial payment
The $1 trial unlocks access to your CogIQ report and trial access to training features. Because this is a low-cost digital access fee, it is generally non-refundable once the report is unlocked, but we will review duplicate charges, technical issues, or accidental purchases fairly.
Subscription renewal
After the trial, CogIQ renews at $29.99/month unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel from the Billing & Access section of your dashboard or by emailing support.
Refund eligibility
Duplicate charges are eligible for refund.
Technical issues that prevent access may be eligible for refund if we cannot resolve them.
Renewal refund requests made within 7 days of the charge may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
We generally do not refund charges after substantial use of the service during the paid period.
How to request help
Email support@trycogiq.com with the email used at checkout, the charge date, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond promptly.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge directly with your bank, account access may be paused while the dispute is reviewed. Contacting us first is usually faster and helps us resolve duplicate, accidental, or technical billing issues without delays.
Cancellation confirmation
When you cancel, future renewals are stopped. You may retain access until the end of the current paid or trial period unless otherwise stated.
